Can I opt out of personal questions in the employee engagement survey?

Of course you can! We understand your preference and we want to ensure you're comfortable with the survey process. We're happy to adjust the survey for you. You can reach out to our team at support@our-trace.com and we'll update your employee survey to remove any personal questions.

For context, there are some questions which help us calculate commuting and WFH emissions, which contribute to the business' carbon footprint and are therefore necessary if using the survey, and other questions which would give the respondent an idea of their own personal carbon footprint. In the adjusted survey, we can remove the personal carbon footprint related questions and go ahead with the commuting, WFH and sentiment based questions.
