Can you cover all 15 Scope 3 categories of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP)?

In short, Trace can cover all 15 Scope 3 categories of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol given the appropriate data is available.

Not all categories have been built into the Data Dashboard of the Trace app as at the time of writing this article, but if you have the required data we can calculate the emissions and add them to your profile. This may require consulting services to be delivered by our team.

Categories that are covered within the Trace app are:

- Purchased goods and services
- Capital goods
- Upstream transportation and distribution ('incoming freight')
- Downstream transportation and distribution ('outgoing freight')
- Waste
- Business travel
- Employee commute
- WFH
