Do you have an emissions factor for Large Language Models (LLM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms such as ChatGPT?

Most emissions factors (EFs) are based on 2021/2022 data, predating the rise of LLMs. While research on AI-related CO2 consumption exists, we have yet to identify a credible source or market standard for converting this into a spend-based emissions factor.
