How can I cccess my payment invoices?

Users with the Billing Manager role can access payment invoices directly within the platform. Follow the steps below to view and download invoices from your billing history.

Users with the appropriate permissions can access payment invoices directly within the platform. To view and download invoices, the relevant user must be assigned the Billing Manager role. This can be checked under: Profile → Users

Account admins can update user roles if required.

Once Billing Manager access has been confirmed, follow these steps to access invoices:
  • Click on your profile icon and navigate to Payments
  • Select Billing History
  • View and download invoices as required
