If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—it’s easy to reset! Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Access Your Email
To reset your password, you’ll need access to the email you used when signing up. If you can’t access that email, you won’t be able to receive the reset code.
Step 2: Click “Forgot your password?”
On the login page, look for the “Forgot your password?” link and click on it.
Step 3: Enter Your Email
You’ll be asked to enter the email address linked to your account. After submitting it, we’ll send you a reset code.
Step 4: Check Your Inbox
In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a verification code. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
Then you have to use the verification code to change your password as is showed in the following image
Step 6: Create a New Password
Now, set up a new password. Make sure it’s secure and something you can remember!
Step 7: Log Back In
That’s it! You can now log in with your new password and get back to using your account.
