Trace automatically remembers your supplier mapping from previous years. When you reconnect your accounting platform or upload supplier expenses via CSV in Year 2 and beyond, we'll reuse your previous mappings—so you only need to map any new suppliers.
To download last year's mapping data for reference:

Go to Data in the main navigation

Under Past Cycles, click the three dots (⋮) next to the measurement period you’d like to view

Select Export Accounting Data – this will download a CSV file containing the supplier mappings from that year
