How do you create an estimate for utilities based on the size of my workspace?

We have compiled a database of average electricity and water usage by building type per m2. Our estimates are conservative so we recommend providing actual electricity, gas and water usage where possible. 

The emissions are calculated based on a set of assumptions regarding the usage of electricity, gas, and water per square meter at the national level in your country. These assumptions take into account average consumption patterns and infrastructure efficiency, which can vary significantly from one region to another.

Much like emissions factors, which are numerical values used to estimate the emissions produced by different activities, these assumptions are not static. They are subject to change and revision each year as new data and figures are released. This ongoing update process reflects advancements in technology, changes in energy sources, and improvements in data collection methods, ensuring that the emissions estimates remain as accurate and relevant as possible.
