How to Access the Trace Partner Portal

This articles outlines how to access the "Partner Portal" in the Trace app and what it can be used for. 

Step 1: Log into Your Trace Account

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Trace app.

  2. Enter your login details and sign in.

  3. Once logged in, you'll land on the Data Collection Hub—this is your main dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Partner Portal

  1. Look at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on your profile (this will show the first letter of your name).

  3. A drop-down menu will appear.

Select Partner Portal from the menu.


Step 3: Explore Your Partner Portal

Once inside the Partner Portal, you can:

  • View all your client accounts in one place.

  • Set up new companies easily.

  • Manage existing clients and their data.

  • Work on carbon footprint measurements by accessing individual client accounts
