How to edit data after submission?

After submission, your data fields are restricted to prevent unintended changes. Follow the steps below to re-enable editing, update your data  and resubmit for review.

Once data has been submitted for review, editing is temporarily restricted to maintain data integrity. Fields such as activity data and reporting periods are locked until editing is re-enabled.

Please note that updates or resubmissions can only be made while the measurement is in the 'Reviewing' stage. Once a measurement has been published, further edits or resubmissions are no longer possible.

To make updates, follow these steps:
  • In the Data module, click 'Continue measurement'. This will open the current measurement profile. Navigate to Step 6 and select 'Edit data' to revert the measurement to editing mode.
  • Alternatively, click the orange 'Reviewing' button on screen and select 'Edit data'.
Once editing is enabled, all data fields will be unlocked, allowing you to update activity data, modify spend mappings, adjust reporting periods, and make any other required changes. Calculations are automatically reset to reflect your updated inputs, ensuring emissions results remain accurate and up to date.

After completing your changes, resubmit the data through Step 6, the same step used for the original submission.
