What are your subscription plans and pricing?
Trace pricing for carbon accounting is based on an annual subscription that combines software access with the right level of measurement support for your organisation. Mandatory reporting products and advisory services are priced separately and provided on request.
Subscription structure
Each subscription includes two parts:

A software plan that determines platform features and scale.

A measurement support package that provides expert support and review aligned to your reporting needs.
This structure allows organisations to choose the level of functionality, support and expert guidance that fits their size, maturity and risk profile.

Measurement support packages are bundled with the software subscription to ensure customers receive the right level of expert input alongside the technology.
Add on support services
Where required support is not included in your measurement support package, additional support can be provided on request and priced per hour.

| Custom measurement support (Categories 9-15) | Downstream emissions (Categories 9–15 of the GHG Protocol) require tailored calculation methodologies and assumptions. With this add-on service, our team works with you to estimate these harder-to-capture categories such as downstream transportation, use of sold products, and end-of-life treatment. We provide methodology guidance, calculation support and data entry support so you can build a more complete inventory that meets reporting expectations. Pricing depends on number of categories and complexity. |

Our sustainability specialists will import your inventory into the Trace platform for Year on Year comparison (CO2 outputs only). Note that raw input data and emissions factors will not be imported. |
Pricing
Pricing is available on request following a short needs discovery to ensure the right fit for your organisation. Pricing is driven by your requirements and is made up of a software plan, a measurement support package, optional feature add ons, and any custom support needed. Carbon accounting subscriptions are invoiced annually at the start of the subscription period in line with our Terms of Service.
