Why am I unable to submit my data?
You may not be able to submit your data if all required fields within a specific section are not complete.
How do I check the required fields?
- Expense data: To check that, navigate to the 'Map your spend data' section, and at the top of the account listings, select 'Just uncompleted' to display unmapped accounts.
- Activity data: In the ‘Activity data’ section, you can use the button ‘Validate’ on top of the page. This will highlight the sections with pending data. Once all information is entered, you may proceed to submit your data.
