How do I map rent?

The emissions associated to the rented workspace result from the utilities i.e. electricity, gas and water consumption. There is a  separate section under 'Activity data' (step 5) to provide these details. Hence, while mapping 'Rent' under the step 4,  you can exclude it by choosing the option ‘Exclude- Activity data used’ from the drop down and provide the building-specific electricity, gas and water consumption details in step 5.
