How to Login in to a Client Account and Switch Between Your Account and Client Accounts in the Trace Partner Portal

Managing your client accounts is easy via the partner portal. You can enter and manage any client accounts your have access to via the Partner Portal. 

Step 1: Access the Partner Portal

  1. Log into your Trace account.
  2. Click on your profile in the top-right corner.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Partner Portal.
  4. You’ll now see your list of client accounts.

Step 2: Access a Client Account

  1. Find the client whose account you want to access.
  2. On the right-hand side of their row, click the green icon with three vertical white dots.
  3. Select "View" from the menu.

Step 3: Work in the Client’s Account

Once inside the client’s account, you can:

  • Start their carbon measurement.
  • View and manage any data they have already entered.
  • Make updates as needed.

To return to your account, simply go to the Partner Portal, and follow the same steps selecting your own account.
